产品介绍
Buccutite 交联技术提供了方便有效的交联方法，将两种生物分子连接在一起，具有很高的共轭产率。我们的方法：使用一对交联剂：Buccutite MTA和Buccutite FOL。将MTA添加到一个分子中，而将FOL添加到另一个分子中。通过混合Molecule-1-Buccutite MTA和Molecule-2-Buccutite FOL引发交联反应。该交联反应在极端温和的中性条件下进行，无需任何催化剂。该Buccutite™ FOL-Dye 650用于确定Molecule-2-Buccutite FOL的FOL基团数量
