问：实验室最近用gelred代替EB，我是直接把gelred稀释到6X Loading Buffer 中，2ml上样缓冲液加分别加入1微升，2微升--10微升的gelred，同时marker充当样品点样。结果跑出来的条带悲剧了，puc57的条带显示在3000以上，也就是样品跑得慢，marker跑得快！而且跑双marker时，显示的条带也不一致。还试验了另一种方案，做胶时直接把gelred加到溶胶液中，50ml的溶胶液加5微升
