使用方法：
一：用新鲜组织样品
1. 估计完全浸没样品所需要本产品的体积（1g组织需10mL）。
2. 标记收集管并加入估计所需量的本产品。
3. 以zui快速度将样品剪切成厚度小于0.5cm的碎块。
注: 鼠肝、肾和脾等小器官样品和没有蜡质保护层的植物样品可不需剪切而直接放入本产品中保存，有蜡质保护层的植物样品需要先将蜡表皮破坏。
4. 将组织碎块完全浸没于收集管的本产品中。
5. 将收集管存放于温度适当的地方，存放时间不能超过该温度下的zui长存放时间，如果要存放在-20℃或-80℃，需先将样品在 4℃放置过夜后再转移到zui后的温度。注：将样品转移到-20℃或-80℃前，需要倒弃保护液。常见存放温度与其zui长存放时间关系为如下：
6. 从存放处取出样品 (-20℃或-80℃保存的样品需先在室温下融化)，用消过毒的镊子将组织碎块从保护液中取出。
7. 立即开始RNA 提取或进行其他处理 (如将样品分割成更小的碎块再重新保存等)。注:样品可以反复冻融二十次而其 RNA 质量不会受到影响。

注意事项：
● 溶液PE 第一次使用前请按瓶上标签加入4 倍体积的无水乙醇，即15 ml 溶液PE 中加入60 ml 无水乙醇，20 ml 溶液PE 中加入80 ml 无水乙醇，使用后立即盖紧盖子。
● 本产品对电泳使用的Agarose 种类没有严格限制，可以使用普通Agarose 。为了保证回收DNA 的质量和DNA 回收效率，希望使用高纯度的Agarose ，但没有必要一定要使用低熔点的Agarose 等。
● 电泳时请使用新鲜配制的TAE 电泳缓冲液，以免影响电泳及回收效果。
● 请适当延长电泳时间，在条带分离清晰后进行切胶回收，以免回收到多余杂带。
● 为提高DNA 回收收率，切胶时应尽量除去多余的胶块。
● 本试剂盒纯化柱的DNA 吸附能力强。但如果DNA 浓度小，或DNA 初始量少，回收率将会偏低。
● 溶液Eluent（10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.5）中不含EDTA，其收集的DNA 片段可直接用于各种酶促反应等，不会影响后续试验。
● 为了保证回收效率，请不要使用未调整pH 值的超纯水洗脱目的片段。
● 请严格按照操作步骤操作。
操作流程：
1.根据要保存的各样本的体积，计算出所需RNAwait用量。RNAwait的用量应当是组织体积的10倍（如100mg组织约用1ml RNAwait）；离心收集2×106细胞RNAwait的用量是1ml。
2. 将RNAwait按需要量分装入自备保存管中；
3. 快速将较大的组织切成厚度<0.5 cm的任意片状，立即完全浸入RNAwait中。组织的厚度一定要<0.5 cm。组织过厚则RNAwait不能有效渗入，组织中间部位的RNA不能受到保护。较小的组织（如大鼠的肾脏、脾脏，小鼠的大部分器官）取下后可以直接浸入RNAwait。
4. 保存时先将样本浸入RNAwait后置4℃冰箱过夜（4℃过夜是必需的，这样可使RNAwait完全渗入到组织中），然后转移到-20℃冰箱（RNAwait在-20℃时仍为液态，有结晶析出，是正常情况）；或者在4℃冰箱过夜后，从RNAwait中取出组织块，转移到-80℃冰箱。在RNAwait中保存的标本，反复冻融至室温20次不影响RNA的质量。
