In Vitro: DBCO-Cy3 exhibits less background than TAMRA and most other commonly used fluorescent dyes.
DBCO-Cy3 can be conjugated to antibodies, peptides, and proteins, it can be excited using the 532 nm or 555 nm laser line and visualized with TRITC filter sets.
