文献和实验蛋白:层粘连蛋白、纤维连接蛋白、副层粘连蛋白、副纤维连接蛋白、粗纤维调节素。纤维化的肝脏含6倍于正常肝脏的胶原，其中Ⅰ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ型胶原的含量显著增高。因此，检测ECM成分的含量常作为肝纤维化的辅助诊断手段[12-13] ，目前认为PⅢP，CⅣ，层粘连蛋白及透明质酸是最具代表性的肝纤维化血清学指标，因此在实验中我们采用体外培养的HSC作为研究的靶细胞,用ELISA方法检测培养细胞上清液中PⅢP，CⅣ的含量。 本实验所用的HSC是经过传代培养的活化细胞有一定水平的ECM表达，因此通过在此基础上采用HMGB1作用
