    吲哚胺 2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)是一种含血红素的细胞内双加氧酶，能催
    化必需氨基酸色氨酸降解为 N- 甲酰基犬尿氨酸。IDO 广泛表达于树
    突状细胞、巨噬细胞、小胶质细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮
    细胞和大多数肿瘤细胞。在免疫细胞中，其表达主要由细胞因子如 IFNγ、
    IFNα、 IFNβ 和 IL-10 诱导。IDO 具有抗菌功能，可在感染、妊娠、
    移植、自身免疫和肿瘤形成过程中诱发免疫抑制。
