碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是一种广泛存在于人体各种组织
中的生物活性物质, 其分子量为 16-18KD，等电点呈碱性(9.6)。它广泛
存在于人体各种组织中，具有普遍性，在体内结合于细胞基膜，不以游
离态存在，只有当被某种方式从基膜释放出来才具有活性。bFGF 含有
4 个半胱氨酸，分别位于第 25、69、87 和 92 位，目前认为第 87 和 92
位半胱氨酸形成二硫键对于维持 bFGF 的生物学活性至关重要。FGF 家
族共有 23 个成员，命名为 FGFl-FGF23，家族成员有 35-60%的氨基酸
序列同源性, 小鼠和大鼠 FGF 碱基序列同源性分别为 99%和 97%。每个
成员均包含一个保守的核心区，由 120 个氨基酸组成，其中包括 6 个相
同的散在氨基酸序列。成员间具有一定的序列同源性和结构相似性，在
不同种属间具有高度保守性，均对肝素具有高度亲和性，它们能诱导多
种细胞增殖和分化，并在细胞迁移中起到一定的刺激作用，可促进血管
生成、神经再生和组织器官损伤修复等。
