白细胞介素-18 受体 1 (IL18R1)也称为 CD218 抗原样家族成员 A、
CDw218a、IL1 受体相关蛋白和 CD218a，是免疫球蛋白超家族的白细
胞介素受体。发现 IL18R1 在肺、白细胞、脾、肝、胸腺、前列腺、小
肠、结肠、胎盘和心脏中表达，而在脑、骨骼肌、胰腺和肾中不存在。
在霍奇金病细胞系中发现了高水平的表达。这种受体与白细胞介素
18(IL18)特异性结合，并对 IL18 介导的信号转导至关重要。IL18R1 包
含 3 个 Ig 样 C2 型(免疫球蛋白样)结构域和 1 个 TIR 结构域。它是一种
单程 I 型膜蛋白。据报道，IFN-α和 IL12 诱导这种受体在 NK 和 T 细胞
中的表达。IL18R1 的表达增加可能是疾病的致病因素，因此是一个潜
在的治疗靶点。IL18R1 基因本身缺乏遗传关联，表明来自基因组其他
部分的调节，或作为没有主要遗传原因的多发性硬化症炎症级联反应的
一部分。
