产品活性：Isofraxidin 来自 Acanthopanax senticosus 的一种香豆素成分，抑制 MMP-7 表达和人肝癌细胞侵袭。Isofraxidin 作用于肝癌细胞，抑制 ERK1/2 磷酸化。Isofraxidin 减弱 iNOS 和 COX-2 表达，Isofraxidin 还抑制 TLR4/髓样分化蛋白 2 (MD-2) 复合物的形成。

In Vitro: Isofraxidin inhibits expression of MMP-7 and in vitro cell invasion at a non-toxic level through inhibiting ERK1/2 phosphorylation in hepatoma cell lines.
Isofraxidin competitively inhibits TLR4/MD-2 complex formation, and thus TLR4/NF-κB signalling cascades.Isofraxidin has potential in the treatment of Osteoarthritis (OA).
