In Vitro: Polyunsaturated fatty acids and their metabolites are involved in many physiological and pathophysiological reactions and as such possess a range of important biological activities. They affect plasma lipids and lipid metabolism. They are incorporated into cell membranes where they influence different cell functions. They are also involved in inflammatory diseases and they also influence and control gene expression. The fatty acid derivatives have the potential for treatment and/or prevention of ophthalmic disorders, in particular retinal disorders such as age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy, and ocular inflammatory diseases.

鳞状细胞癌患者,其中3例有槟榔咀嚼史,3例无槟榔咀嚼史,并收集肿瘤组织及配对癌旁正常黏膜组织。研究者首先通过单细胞RNA测序获得38,814个高质量单细胞,解析不同细胞类型在槟榔相关OSCC中的组成变化。随后对4个代表性样本进行10X Visium Cytassist空间转录组分析,构建包含10,559个spots的空间转录组图谱,用于定位关键细胞群在组织原位中的分布特征。最后,研究进一步结合多重免疫组化、114例OSCC临床样本队列以及SCC9、SCC25细胞系槟榔碱处理实验,对关键发现进行验证。 研究
