文献和实验抗淋巴细胞血清（ALS） anti－lymphocyteserum
对抗淋巴细胞特异性抗原的异种动物抗血清，简称ALS。例如将小鼠的淋巴细胞（或从淋巴细胞抽提出的抗原物质）给兔注射时，兔便形成对抗小鼠淋巴细胞的抗体。在这种血清中既含有与淋巴细胞以外的细胞起反应的抗体，又含有仅仅与淋巴细胞起反应的抗体。通过用适当的方法将前者吸收清除掉，可得到抗淋巴细胞血清。抗淋巴细胞血清主要保持对 T细胞的反应性，对 B细胞起反应的抗血清不能简易制成。将抗淋巴细胞血清给动物注射时，既可看到血液中的淋巴细胞减少，又出现细胞性免疫及对抗许多抗原的抗体形成下降。
