产品介绍
本品是用于分离和纯化单克隆抗体的通用性亲和层析介质，具体性能见下表。蛋白L经过基因重组，由大肠杆菌表达，保留了与抗体κ链结合的特性，同时不会影响抗体的抗原结合位点。蛋白L与蛋白A和蛋白G相比，更能广泛地结合各种来源及亚类的抗体，包括人、小鼠、大鼠、兔和鸡，但不结合牛、山羊或绵羊来源的免疫球蛋白。
