◆使用实例
步骤
动物培养细胞：往动物细胞（不超过3 x 106 cells）里加入600 μl的C Extraction Buffer（细胞用），用移液器溶解细胞。
动物组织： 取新鲜动物组织（不超过10mg）或冷冻组织置于1.5 ml微量离心管，加入600 μlPT Extraction Buffer（组织用），直接用研磨杵捣碎。
涡旋30 秒以上。
