本品为dATP、dTTP、dCTP、dGTP的等摩尔混合物，每种dNTP的浓度均为10 mM。

HPLC检测dNTPs纯度大于99%，无DNase和RNase污染。
经过PCR检测，可与所有嗜热DNA聚合酶配套使用。
使用方法
进行PCR反应时，可根据需要调节用量或用DEPC处理水（R2041/R2042）稀释至适当浓度使用。
