概述

YM medium is specifically formulated for the growth and expression of Agrobacterium.Use of YM Medium in electroporation of Agrobacterium results in up to a 40-fold increase in transformation efficiency when compares with the use of LB broth.No aggregation of Agrobacterium was observed when YM Medium was used in culturing the bacteria for plant infection.
