    Adipogen的NLRP3/NALP3抗体是与研究炎症小体（inflammasome）相关。炎症小体是一种复合蛋白能够介导caspase-1的激活，能够提高炎症因子前体的分泌比如IL-1β和IL-18。NLRP3/NALP3属于NOD样受体家族，是炎症小体的重要组成，连接刺激信号与caspase-1激活。NLRP3/NALP3的缺失会导致自身炎症性综合征（FCAS1），穆-韦综合征(MWS)和慢性小儿神经皮肤关节综合征（CINCA）。

    上图是使用该抗体检测小鼠巨噬细胞中的NLRP3/NALP3，提取小鼠巨噬细胞裂解液(BMDMs) WT +/+ (lane 1), NLRP3+/- (lane 2) or NLRP3 -/- (lane 3), 使用LPS（50ng/ml）处理3h和没有处理3h情况下，在还原条件下通过SDS-PAGE，转膜到硝酸纤维素膜上，使用NLRP3/NALP3抗体孵育后，显影成像结果。
