本试剂盒采用GPO-PAP法配制，用于体外测定甘油三酯含量。适用于各型分光光度计。
性能指标：
1、试剂空白管吸光度≤0.200（光径0.5cm）。
2、线性：0～9.04mmol/L范围内，r2＞0.995。
3、准确度：相对偏差≤10%。
4、重复性：测量精密度≤5.0%，批间差≤8.0%。
5、稳定性：原包装试剂盒在2℃～8℃避光保存，有效期为12个月。开启后2℃～8℃避光保存，可稳定一个月。
七、注意事项：
1、本产品仅用于科研，不得用于临床诊断，切勿服用。
2、样品含量如超出检测范围上限时，可用生理盐水稀释样本后进行测定，测定结果乘以稀释倍数。
3、试剂防止葡萄糖、胆固醇等试剂的污染。
4、试剂与样本量可按照比色杯体积，按照1：100的比例增减。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。
