类风湿因子是由于感染因子（细菌、病毒等）引起体内产生的以变性IgG（一种抗体）为抗原的一种抗体，故又称抗抗体。常见的类风湿因子有IgM型、IgG型IgA型和IgE型。人体内普遍存在着类风湿因子，并起着一定的生理作用。
注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

注意事项：

2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。

【摘 要】目的：评估透射免疫比浊法和速率散射比浊法检测C反应蛋白(CRP)的灵敏度和特异性。方法：用免疫透射比浊法和速率散射比浊法同时检测了80例各种患者血清中CRP浓度。结果：两种方法在8—20mg／L、20～40mg／L、40～80mg／L、80～160mg／L、160～300mg／L范围内测定C反应蛋白的相关系数是0．990、0．996、0．995、0．992、0．997．说明两种方法的相关性是良好的，而在低值1～8mg／L的测定中两方法的相关系数为0．928
