本试剂盒可测各种动物组织、血清（浆）、全血及培养细胞、细胞培养上清液中胆碱脂酶活力。胆碱脂酶主要在肝细胞中产生,主要用于估计肝脏的储备能力和肝脏疾病的预后。肝脏疾病时活力常降低，降低程度往往与病情严重程度有关。肝硬化代偿期活力明显下降，在肝昏迷时最为显著，但在阻塞性黄疸时无改变。阿米巴肝脓肿此酶下降明显，治疗后在短期内迅速恢复正常，帮对阿米巴肝病研究有一定帮助。在一些肝外疾患，如全身营养不良，重度贫血、癌症、晚期血吸虫病、败血病、重症结核病（尤其是肾结核或浆膜结核）等均可中度或重度降低，此酶增高见于肾病综合症、甲状腺机能亢进、糖尿病、高血压、高血脂。
血液及组织中CHE使乙酰胆碱水解成胆碱和乙酸，未被分解的剩余乙酰胆碱与羟胺作用生成乙酰羟胺，再与铁离子在酸性溶液中形成棕色复合物，根据颜色深浅推算出酶的活力。

2、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放6个月有效。
3、再现性好：变异系数CV=1.2%。
4、回收试验： X =102%。
5、受外界影响因素小：干扰因素少，重复性强。
6、测试面广：可测动物血清(浆)、组织，效果均佳。
注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

本试剂盒可测各种动物组织、血清（浆）、全血及培养细胞、细胞培养上清液中胆碱脂酶活力。胆碱脂酶主要在肝细胞中产生,主要用于估计肝脏的储备能力和肝脏疾病的预后。肝脏疾病时活力常降低，降低程度往往与病情严重程度有关。肝硬化代偿期活力明显下降，在肝昏迷时最为显著，但在阻塞性黄疸时无改变。阿米巴肝脓肿此酶下降明显，治疗后在短期内迅速恢复正常，帮对阿米巴肝病研究有一定帮助。在一些肝外疾患，如全身营养不良，重度贫血、癌症、晚期血吸虫病、败血病、重症结核病（尤其是肾结核或浆膜结核）等均可中度或重度降低，此酶增高见于肾病综合症、甲状腺机能亢进、糖尿病、高血压、高血脂。
血液及组织中CHE使乙酰胆碱水解成胆碱和乙酸，未被分解的剩余乙酰胆碱与羟胺作用生成乙酰羟胺，再与铁离子在酸性溶液中形成棕色复合物，根据颜色深浅推算出酶的活力。
