本试剂盒可测各种动物的肌肉、肝脏等组织中的糖元含量。糖元是许多葡萄糖组成的多糖,它是机体细胞储存糖的形式.机体各组织都能利用葡萄糖合成糖原,其中肝脏和肌肉储存的糖原最多,分别称为肝糖原和肌糖原.糖原是糖主要的储存形式,进食后过多的糖可在肝脏和肌肉中合成糖元储存起来,以免血糖过高.肝糖元不仅可以由葡萄糖、果糖和半乳糖合成,还可以由甘油、乳糖和某些氨基酸等非糖类物质合成.肝糖原可调节器血糖浓度,当血糖升高时可在肝脏合成糖原,血糖降低度时,肝糖原则分解为葡萄糖以补充血糖.因此,肝糖原对维持血糖的相对恒定十分重要.肌糖原不能直接分解成血糖.当肌肉活动剧烈时,肌糖原分解成大量的乳酸,除一部分可氧化供能外,大部分随血液循环到肝脏,通过糖异生转化为肝糖原或血糖

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。
