本试剂盒可测各种动物血清（浆）、组织等样本中醛缩酶活性。醛缩酶(ALD)广泛存在于各种组织中，所以当这些组织有病时在血清中会增高，主要用于研究肌肉和肝脏疾病。此酶具有很高研究价值，进行性肌营养不良症可明显增高，常常可达正常值的5～10倍。在急性肌肉坏死时， 此酶也明显增高。但由于神经原因引起的肌肉萎缩时则醛缩酶活力正常。
优点如下：
1、快速简便：全程约1小时，可测50例左右样本。
2、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放6个月有效。
3、再现性好：变异系数CV=1.2%。
4、回收试验： X =104%。
5、受外界影响因素小：干扰因素少，重复性强。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。
