本试剂盒可测各种动物红细胞等样本中Ca2+ -ATP酶活性。ATP酶存在于组织细胞及细胞器的膜上，是生物膜上的一种蛋白酶，它在物质运送、能量转换以及信息传递方面具有重要的作用，机体在缺氧及一些疾病状态下，此酶活力发生一系列改变，另外有些遗传疾病也与此酶活力有关。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

辛的有关内容。 （一）药效学及血药浓度参考范围 治疗剂量的强心甙可选择性轻度抑制心肌细胞膜上Na+，K+-ATP酶，使心肌内的Na+更多地依靠Na2+/←→Ca2+交换排出，细胞内Ca2+浓度升高，Ca2+触发的心肌细胞兴奋-收缩耦联增强，产生心肌收缩性增强、心输出量增加、窦性节律降低、房室传导减慢等药理作用。临床上可用于慢性充血性心力衰竭、心房纤颤及心房扑动等的治疗。其主要毒性反应为多种心律失常，并可因此致死，还有中枢神经系统及消化道症状等，均与血药浓度密切相关。 地高辛的治疗
