胃蛋白酶可水解蛋白产生含酚的氨基酸，而酚试剂可被含酚的氨基酸还原成蓝色物质，通过比色本试剂盒可测各种动物胃液、胃组织等样本中胃蛋白酶活性。胃蛋白酶原由胃底主细胞分泌，在pH1.5～5.0条件下，被活化成胃蛋白酶，将蛋白质分解为胨，一部分被分解为酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸等氨基酸。胃液胃蛋白酶测定可用于鉴别神经性低酸症和胃性低酸症，当胃酸过少或缺乏时，前者胃蛋白酶的含量有时正常而后者盐酸与胃蛋白酶同时缺乏。一般认为胃性低酸症是由于胃粘膜的重症器质性变化所致，特别是对于机体患有恶性贫血、无酸症、无胃蛋白酶分泌的研究具有重要的参考意义。胃癌、萎缩性胃炎、慢性胃炎、慢性胃扩张、慢性十二脂肠炎、恶性贫血以及甲状腺功能减退等胃蛋白酶的分泌常减少。一般胃酸基础分泌高的，如十二脂肠溃疡等，胃蛋白酶活性增高。
优点如下：
1、稳定性好：试剂盒2～8℃存放3个月有效。
2、再现性好：变异系数CV=1.7%。
3、回收试验： X =104%。
4、受外界影响因素小：干扰因素少，重复性强。
5、测试范围：可测动物胃液、组织等。
胃蛋白酶测定试剂盒(比色法) 使用注意事项
1． 微量试剂取用前请离心集液。
2． Annexin V-EGFP，Propidium Iodide（PI）避光保存及使用。
3． Propidium Iodide （PI）有毒，操作时请戴手套。
4． 本试剂盒适用于检测活细胞，流式细胞仪检测时，细胞数量不应低于1×105，，不推荐用于检测组织样本。
5． 推荐使用悬浮培养细胞。如果是贴壁细胞，需用不含EDTA的胰酶消化，如消化不当，可能引起假阳性，而用细胞刮子会造成细胞粘连成团，而影响检测。可将胰酶消化后细胞的保存在含2%BSA的PBS中，防止进一步的损伤。
6． 细胞固定后可能导致荧光的淬灭，请不要固定样品。
7． 因检测细胞的类型、凋亡诱导剂种类、使用的检测仪器不同，因而流式检测的荧光补偿也不同，因此建议每次检测均需使用未经凋亡诱导处理的细胞作为对照，进行荧光补偿的调节。

胃蛋白酶可水解蛋白产生含酚的氨基酸，而酚试剂可被含酚的氨基酸还原成蓝色物质，通过比色本试剂盒可测各种动物胃液、胃组织等样本中胃蛋白酶活性。胃蛋白酶原由胃底主细胞分泌，在pH1.5～5.0条件下，被活化成胃蛋白酶，将蛋白质分解为胨，一部分被分解为酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸等氨基酸。胃液胃蛋白酶测定可用于鉴别神经性低酸症和胃性低酸症，当胃酸过少或缺乏时，前者胃蛋白酶的含量有时正常而后者盐酸与胃蛋白酶同时缺乏。一般认为胃性低酸症是由于胃粘膜的重症器质性变化所致，特别是对于机体患有恶性贫血、无酸症、无胃蛋白酶分泌的研究具有重要的参考意义。胃癌、萎缩性胃炎、慢性胃炎、慢性胃扩张、慢性十二脂肠炎、恶性贫血以及甲状腺功能减退等胃蛋白酶的分泌常减少。一般胃酸基础分泌高的，如十二脂肠溃疡等，胃蛋白酶活性增高。

胃蛋白酶测定试剂盒(比色法) 使用注意事项
1． 微量试剂取用前请离心集液。
2． Annexin V-EGFP，Propidium Iodide（PI）避光保存及使用。
3． Propidium Iodide （PI）有毒，操作时请戴手套。
4． 本试剂盒适用于检测活细胞，流式细胞仪检测时，细胞数量不应低于1×105，，不推荐用于检测组织样本。
5． 推荐使用悬浮培养细胞。如果是贴壁细胞，需用不含EDTA的胰酶消化，如消化不当，可能引起假阳性，而用细胞刮子会造成细胞粘连成团，而影响检测。可将胰酶消化后细胞的保存在含2%BSA的PBS中，防止进一步的损伤。
6． 细胞固定后可能导致荧光的淬灭，请不要固定样品。
7． 因检测细胞的类型、凋亡诱导剂种类、使用的检测仪器不同，因而流式检测的荧光补偿也不同，因此建议每次检测均需使用未经凋亡诱导处理的细胞作为对照，进行荧光补偿的调节。
