本试剂盒可测各种动物全血、血清（浆）、组织等样本谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数。核黄素在体内以FAD的形式与酶蛋白结合成各种黄素蛋白, 作为电子转移系统参与氧化还原过程。核黄素缺乏时, 产生皮肤、粘膜和眼部等一系列的症状。为了早期发现核黄素缺乏, 及时采取防治措施, 有必要进行核黄素营养状况的评定。
核黄素缺乏时, 谷胱甘肽活性系数迅速增高, 而补充核黄素后就降为正常。故谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数（Glutathione Reductase Activation Coefficient, GRAC）是评定核黄素慢性缺乏时体内核黄素总水平的准确指标。应用谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数（GRAC）的值评价核黄素营养状况具有灵敏、稳定、准确、微量、能反映体内代谢利用情况等优点。

注意事项：
1. 本试剂盒的检测试剂中含有萤光素酶，反复冻融会导致其逐渐失活。尽管经测试本试剂反复冻融5次对于其检测效果无显著影响，为取得良好的使用效果，*次解冻后可适当分装保存。反复冻融过程中，可能会导致检测试剂中出现少量沉淀，此时宜平衡至室温，并尽量溶解。如仍有残留的不溶物，可以离心去除后使用，经测试不会影响后续的检测效果。
2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
3. 使用说明中提供了检测ATP标准品的方法，实际检测细胞活力时通常并不需要检测ATP标准品。

本试剂盒可测各种动物全血、血清（浆）、组织等样本谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数。核黄素在体内以FAD的形式与酶蛋白结合成各种黄素蛋白, 作为电子转移系统参与氧化还原过程。核黄素缺乏时, 产生皮肤、粘膜和眼部等一系列的症状。为了早期发现核黄素缺乏, 及时采取防治措施, 有必要进行核黄素营养状况的评定。

2. 检测时需使用白色或黑色的96孔板或384孔板。如果使用普通透明的96孔板或384孔板，相邻孔之间会产生相互干扰。
