产品概述
野生型M-MLV(Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus)具有以下几种活性: 依赖于RNA的DNA聚合酶活性；依赖于DNA的DNA聚合酶活性；RNase H活性。 由于RNase H活性能够催化降解DNA/RNA杂合体中的 RNA, 因此在cDNA第一条链的合成反应中可能会降解模板RNA。PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase是通过定点突变得到的RNase H活性缺失的全新逆转录酶，该酶的热稳定性和cDNA合成效率得到大幅提升，非常适合具有复杂二级结构的RNA模板的逆转录。

实验案例
1. 高度的热稳定性
将PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase、PreScript Ⅱ Reverse Transcriptase和A公司同类逆转录酶在55℃下孵育，在不同时间分别取样检测其活性，结果显示，PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase和PreScript Ⅱ Reverse Transcriptase具有比A公司同类逆转录酶更高的热稳定性，且升级版的PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase较PreScript Ⅱ Reverse Transcriptase具有更佳的稳定性。
2. 优异的逆转录性能
以梯度稀释的HeLa细胞Total RNA为模板，用PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase配合配套的R420的2× RT Reaction Mix进行逆转录，然后用Realtime PCR 进行检测。结果表明，与A公司同类产品相比，PreScript Ⅲ Reverse Transcriptase产品具有更高的逆转录性能。
