Long Taq DNA polymerase

Long Taq DNA Polymerase是本公司研制的具有3’-5’外切酶活性的耐热DNA聚合酶，具备扩增效率高，保真性能强的特点。配备两种高效扩增Buffer, 可适应不同模板的扩增，对简单模板可扩增长达40kb的片段，对复杂二级结构（GC rich等）和具有重复序列的模板可扩增长达15kb的片段。PCR产物可直接进行T/A载体克隆，如需提高克隆效率，建议先纯化，加A后再进行T/A载体克隆。

质量控制：
SDS-PAGE检测纯度大于99%；经检测无外源核酸酶活性；PCR方法检测无宿主残余DNA；能有效地扩增人基因组中的单拷贝基因；室温存放一周，无明显活性改变。

适合于高保真的长片段及一些复杂模板（如含二级结构，富含GC序列和重复序列等）的扩增，如构建基因图谱、测序及分子遗传学研究等。
