Exosome（外泌体）是活细胞分泌的直径约为30-150nm间的膜性囊泡，其天然存在于生物的体液中，包括血液、尿液、唾液、脑脊液、乳液等。Exosome中携带有细胞溶质蛋白、smRNA、各种代谢酶等，参与各种细胞功能调控，有望成为多种疾病的早期诊断标志物。近期的研究发现外泌体还可以运输核酸，参与细胞间通讯，参与细胞间的物质交换和信息交流，影响细胞的生理状态，并与多种疾病的发生与进程密切相关。Exosome在药物载体运输，肿瘤生物学和基因调控研究等方向已经成为研究热点。
Exosome Isolation Regent用于高效、快速、方便的从血浆、细胞培养上清液、尿液、组织液中体取exosome的试剂盒。仅需通过简单操作和常规离心机即可从样本内中获取大量结构完整的exosome。相比传统的超速离心法，Exosome Isolation Regent提取效率更高，更节省时间和样本，提取的exosome可用于Western Bloting、qPCR、功能验证、Elisa等后续实验。
试剂盒适用范围：
本试剂盒只适用于细胞培养液或尿液的外泌体提取，可处理100ml样本，仅用于科学研究。
