组织来源：正常SD大鼠胎鼠。
大鼠皮层星形胶质细胞取自大鼠胎鼠新鲜的皮层组织。细胞纯度95%以上。无支原体、真菌及细菌污染。
推荐培养液成分
DMEM；10% 马血清；2 mM L-Glutamine；青霉素/链霉素双抗溶液。
使用方法
收到细胞后，请将细胞放入液氮中冻存或直接按以下步骤复苏细胞：
1．复苏细胞前用多聚赖氨酸（0.1mg/ml）包被培养瓶（皿）：将多聚赖氨酸加入培养瓶（皿）中，量以完全覆盖培养瓶（皿）底面为宜，室温放置两小时后吸尽多聚赖氨酸，将包被的培养瓶（皿）自然晾干备用。
2．从液氮或干冰中取出冻存管迅速放入37℃水浴中，并不时摇动，在1分钟内使其完全融化。
3．吸出细胞，800 g/min离心5分钟，弃上清，加入适量培养液重悬细胞后接种于培养瓶中，接种浓度5×105/ml，置37℃，5% CO2细胞培养箱中培养；或无需离心直接将细胞加入培养液贴壁培养12-24小时后，换新鲜培养液继续培养。待细胞状态稳定后用于后续实验。
注意事项
Rat Cortical Astrocyte大鼠皮层星形胶质细胞该细胞只可用于科研，不推荐长期冻存或传代培养，请在收到细胞后尽快使用。
