组织来源：正常新生小鼠（出生24小时内）。
推荐培养液成分：
DMEM/F12；2.5% 胎牛血清；EGF：2nmol/L胰岛素：2.5mg/mL。
保存条件：液氮保存，建议7天内尽快使用。
使用方法
收到细胞后，请将细胞放入液氮中冻存或直接按以下步骤复苏细胞：
1.从液氮或干冰中取出冻存管迅速放入37℃水浴中，并不时摇动，在1分钟内使其完全融化。
2.吸出细胞，800 g/min离心5分钟，弃上清，加入适量培养液重悬细胞后接种于培养瓶中，接种浓度5×105/ml，置37℃，5% CO 细胞培养箱中培养；或无需离心直接将细胞加入培养液贴壁培养12-24小时后，换新鲜培养液继续培养。待细胞状态稳定后用 于后续实验。
