ST2即致癌抑制因子2 (suppression of tumorigenicity 2)，又称为 IL-1
R4、IL-33R，是 IL-1 受体家族糖蛋白成员，可促使 Th2 免疫应答。ST2
表达于肥大细胞、活化的 Th2 细胞、巨噬细胞和心肌细胞表面。它与
具有胞内和胞外活性的促炎性 IL-1 家族成员 IL-33 结合。除了其促进
肥大细胞和 Th2 依赖的炎症作用，跨膜 ST2 的活化可增强炎症相关的
反应，保护机体免受动脉粥样硬化和心肌细胞肥大的伤害。血清中可溶
性 ST2 在炎症时的表达水平会升高，包括过敏性哮喘、败血症、创伤、
登革热和肺部疾病。血清 ST2 的升高也受心力衰竭的多方面影响，包
括主动脉瓣狭窄、充血性心肌病和心血管衰竭和死亡风险。
