IL-7 产生的细胞主要为骨髓基质细胞、骨髓徽环境中的基质细胞，
包括成纤维细胞、上皮样细胞以及巨噬细胞、树突状细胞等，它们均可
自发性分泌 IL-7。小鼠 lL-7 有 154 个氨基酸，分子量为 14 .9KD。人和
小鼠 IL-7 氨基酸序列同源性高达 61％。人 IL -7 的编码基因由三部分组
成，5’端和 3“端各有一段 384 和 658 碱基对的非编码区，而开放读码框
架由 534 个碱基对组成，表达产生一个由 177 个氨基酸残基组成的人
IL-7。和鼠 IL-7 一样，人 IL-7 亦含有一 25 个氨基酸残基组成的信号肽。
