    应用

    胰岛素-转铁蛋白-硒添加剂(100╳ITS液体培养基添加剂)作为培养基补充剂适用于:
    • α小鼠肝12细胞(AML-12)
    • 大鼠胎儿睾丸外植体
    • 人牙髓干细胞(DPSC)

    生化/生理作用

    • 胰岛素:一种多肽激素,可促进葡萄糖和氨基酸的摄取,这种特性可能与观察到的有丝分裂作用有关。
    • 转铁蛋白:铁运输蛋白。
    • 硒:通常由血清提供的必需微量元素。

    组分:含有1.0mg/ml人重组胰岛素,0.55mg/ml人转铁蛋白(基本上不含铁)以及0.5μg/ml 100x浓度的亚(xī)酸✕(suān)钠。

    其他说明:ITS是人重组胰岛素、人转铁蛋白和亚(xī)酸(suān)钠的一种混合物。它是一种通用的细胞补充剂设计用于含有丙✕酮酸钠的非复合型培养基(如MEM、RPMI-1640)及复合型培养基(如Ham?s F-12、DME/F-12、MEM)。

    制备说明:使用不含酚红的Earle′平衡盐溶液(EBSS)制备。
