一般描述
杜氏改良Eagle培养基(DMEM)是一种富含能量的常用细胞培养基，包含葡萄糖、维生素和氨基酸。杜氏改良Eagle培养基(DMEM)与Ham F-12的1:1营养混合物常用于细胞培养研究。为了弥补去除血清造成的缓冲能力损失，可以在配方中以15mM的最终浓度添加4-(2-羟乙基)-1-哌嗪乙磺酸(HEPES)缓冲液。
应用
杜氏改良Eagle培养基/营养混合物F-12 Ham:
- 已用作培养基的组分，以培养原代培养激活的人肝星状细胞
