Subculturing:
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 to 1:10 is recommended Medium Renewal: Every day (when possible) Place culture in cold (+4C) for 60 minutes, shake flask to suspend cells, centrifuge, resuspend in fresh medium and dispense into new flasks.
