概述:
DNA 聚合酶 I（E. coli）是依赖于 DNA 的 DNA 聚合酶，具有 3´→5´ 和 5´→3´ 核酸外切酶活性。该酶的 5´→3´ 核酸外切酶活性能够切除位于延伸链前端的核苷酸，从而使切刻平移成为可能。
来源:
重组 E. coli 菌株，携带有过表达的 polA 基因。
浓度:
10,000 units/ml。
热失活:
75℃ 20 分钟。
注意事项:
本品不含 DNase I，因此切刻平移反应时需额外添加 DNase I。
