In Vitro: Digitonin, a detergent that increases cell permeability by binding to cholesterol molecules in the cell membrane, can increase cisplatin accumulation and reduce tumour growth in vitro.
In Vivo: In the liver parenchyma the concentrations are of the same magnitude. Measured with the 133Xe-clearance technique, Digitonin does not alter the tumor blood flow. Digitonin enhances the tumor-growth retarding effect of CBDCA given intra-aterially at 5 mg/kg but not at 25 mg/kg.

文献和实验C29 H50 O。又称豆甾 -5-烯 -3β -醇， 24R-乙基胆甾 -5烯 -3β -醇。是以谷类（希文， sitos）命名的甾醇（ sterol）。后来已知是α -，β -以及γ -谷甾醇等的混合物。现在知道α体是 C30 甾酵，γ体是 C2 及 C29 的甾醇混合物，因为它们已不被称为谷甾醇，所以仅留下β -谷甾醇具有谷甾醇的名称。它是植物界中分布最广的甾醇，可为毛地黄皂苷（ digitonin）沉淀。
一、材料与方法 1. EDTA（无蛋白酶抑制剂）（Roche） 2. 酸冲洗过的425-600玻璃珠（Sigma） 3. 洋地黄皂苷（digitonin）（EMDChemicals） 4. 蛋白酶抑制剂（DMSO,亮肽素,胃蛋白酶抑制剂）（Sigma） 5. BECKMAN1.5 ml 离心管（BECKMAN） 6. 抗FlagM2亲和胶（Sigma） 7. 3XFLAG多肽（Sigma） 二、仪器
]。 ( 3 ) 洋地黄阜苷增溶液：5.0% 洋地黄阜苷（Fluka，Buchs，Switzerland) ，30 mmol/L HEPPS，150 mmol/L 乙酸钾，10% ( V/V ) 甘油，pH 7.4，4°C 贮藏备用。这个增溶液要新鲜配制，配制时短时间加热到 98°C，溶解洋地黄皂苷。使用前加入苯甲基磺酰氟（PMSF) [ 终浓度为 2 mmol/L，储液配制：200 mmol/L PMSF ( m/V ) 溶解在乙醇溶液中]。 ( 4 ) 考马斯亮蓝染色液：5% 考马斯亮蓝 G-250
