CD1小鼠皮质神经元

       中枢神经系统的组织是由两类细胞组成，大致可分为神经元和神经胶质。神经元大脑的营养单位[ 1 ]。所有的神经元共同的形态特征，尽管在大小和形状的变化很大，这是一个高度复杂的通信网络的关键要素。人脑已知含有约1×10 ^ 11神经元，每个能接触至少10000个其他神经元[ 2 ]。

    

       美国sciencell从E14小鼠脊髓腹侧分离了该细胞。经纯化、离心，1毫升体积每个小瓶含有＞1×10 ^ 6细胞。小鼠皮质神经元经免疫荧光法抗体，MAP2，和β-微管蛋白检测，该细胞未感染细菌，酵母和真菌。
