    白细胞介素 4，简称 IL-4，是一种细胞因子，在包括淋巴细胞和白
    细胞在内的多种组织中表达，是体液免疫和适应性免疫的关键调节因
    子，具有许多生物学作用，包括刺激活化的 B 细胞和 T 细胞增殖，以及
    将 CD4+T 细胞分化为 Th2 细胞。IL-4 诱导原始辅助性 T 细胞（Th0 细
    胞）分化为 Th2 细胞。在被 IL-4 激活后，Th2 细胞随后产生额外的 IL-4。
    最初产生 IL-4 从而诱导 Th0 分化的细胞尚未鉴定，但最近的研究表明
    嗜碱性粒细胞可能是效应细胞。它与白细胞介素 13 密切相关，具有类
    似白细胞介素 13 的功能。与 IL-13 一样，白细胞介素 4（IL-4）对寄生
    蠕虫的反应至关重要。IL-4 上调 MHC II 类的产生，减少 Th1 细胞、巨
    噬细胞、IFN-γ和树突状细胞 IL-12 的产生。组织巨噬细胞在慢性炎症和
    伤口修复中发挥重要作用。
