    背景介绍
    白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)是非常重要的细胞因子家族,在调节细胞
    生长分化、免疫细胞的活化与分化、调节免疫应答、诱导炎症发生过程
    中起重要作用。目前发现的成员已达 35 个,被命名为 IL-1～IL-35。白细
    胞介素-4(IL-4)主要由活化的 CD4+Th2 细胞产生,活化的肥大细胞等也
    可产生,是具有多种生物学功能的细胞因子,其经典的作用包括刺激 B 细
    胞、促使 B 细胞向浆细胞分化以及诱导 B 细胞分泌 IgE；促使 T 辅助(Th)
    细胞向 Th2 型细胞分化,并抑制 Th1 型细胞产生；IL-4 也是肿瘤免疫中
    的关键细胞因子之一,共享信号传导系统,从而将信号传导到胞浆；IL-4
    还可通过激活嗜酸性粒细胞、巨噬细胞和树突状细胞促进气道炎症,增强
    纤维母细胞的增殖与活化引起气道重塑,在过敏性炎症疾病中起着重要
    的作用。
