标记材料：
1、异硫氰酸荧光素（fluorescein isothiocyanate, FITC）异构体I（isomer I），来源于sigma，MW:389.4， 激发波长 493nm，发射波长 550nm。
2、牛血清白蛋白（Bovine Serum Albumin ,BSA），进口分装，MW: ～68000，纯度98%。
3、标记缓冲液：0.5M pH9.5 CB（碳酸盐缓冲液），洗脱液：0.01M pH7.2 PBS。
标记方法：
直接标记法：RT 2.5-3.0hs，离心后过Sephadex G-50，0.01M pH7.2 PBS洗柱。
质量分析：
溶液为0.01M pH7.2 PBS（含0.03%proclin，50%甘油），蛋白浓度为5mg/ml左右，FITC浓度为 30-45ug/ml，含有防腐剂。
