和 Southern blot 的结果相当一致。Giovanna（2002）将农杆菌介导的转基因番茄作为研究材料，选择了双元载体T-DNA 区上的两个外源基因TSWV-N（Tomato spotted wilt virus）、nptⅡ（neomycin phosphoril-transferaseⅡ）和一个单拷贝的内源基因（endogenous gene）作为荧光定量PCR扩增的模板，检测外源基因拷贝数。他认为使用植物基因组 DNA 和一定比例质粒的混合液作为标准品，会累积许多无法避免的误差。比如使用这种标准
