- 本试剂盒采用竞争法原理。用纯化的人 GHRL包被微孔板，制成固相载体，往包被有人 GHRL的微孔中依次加入标本或标准品、HRP 标记的抗人 GHRL特异性抗体，混匀后温育。经过彻底洗涤后用底物 TMB 显色。TMB 在过氧化物酶的催化下转化成蓝色，并在酸的作用下转化成最终的黄色。颜色的深浅和样品中的人 GHRL呈负相关。用酶标仪在450nm 波长下测定吸光度(OD 值)，计算样品浓度。
