描述The LIVE/DEAD Sperm Viability Kit provides a novel fluorescence-based assay for analyzing the viability and fertilizing potential of sperm by fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry. Membrane-permeant SYBR 14 nucleic acid stain labels live sperm with green fluorescence, and membrane-impermeant propidium iodide labels the nucleic acids of membrane-compromised sperm with red fluorescence.
