重组增强绿色荧光蛋白(EGFP)是大肠杆菌表达的非糖基化、同型二聚体蛋白，含有239个氨基酸，分子量为26.9kDa。提供的重组增强绿色荧光蛋白产品形式为冻干粉末，推荐使用无菌的蒸馏水溶解冻干粉EGFP，浓度不低于100μg/ml，可根据后续实验更进一步稀释。本产品虽然在室温下可稳定保存3周，但是我们推荐干燥保存于-18℃以下。溶解后的EGFP，可在4℃保存2-7天；长期使用，推荐保存于-18℃以下.为长期保存，建议加入载体蛋白(0.1% HSA或BSA)，请避免反复冻融。

IL-18RAP is a single-pass type I membrane protein and contains two Ig-like C2-type domains and one TIR domain, IL18RAP can be induced by IFN-alpha and IL12 in nature killer cells and T-cells. The coexpression of IL18R1 and IL18RAP is required for the activation of NF-kappa B and JNK in response to IL-18.Defects in IL18RAP are associated with Coeliac disease.

Matrix metalloproteinase-12(MMP12) is a secreted protein.It contains 4 hemopexin repeats and belongs to the peptidase M10A family. MMP12 may be involved in tissue injury and remodeling and have significant elastolytic activity. It can accept large and small amino acids at the P1 site, but has a preference for leucine. Aromatic or hydrophobic residues are preferred at the P1 site, with small hydrophobic residues (preferably alanine) occupying P3.

Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase-like N (PTPRN) belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family and receptor class 8 subfamily. PTPRN contains 1 tyrosine-protein phosphatase domain, is expressed in neuroendocrine cells only. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. It implicated in neuroendocrine secretory processes. It may be involved in processes specific for neurosecretory granules, such as their biogenesis, trafficking or regulated exocytosis or may have a general role in neuroendocrine functions. It seems to lack intrinsic enzyme activity, may play a role in the regulation of secretory granules via its interaction with SNTB2.This PTP was found to be an autoantigen that is reactive with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) patient sera, and thus may be a potential target of autoimmunity in diabetes mellitus.
