    大鼠 TIMP-1 是分子量约为 28-35 KDa 的分泌型糖蛋白，由 23 个
    氯基酸残基的信号肽和 194 个氨基酸的成熟体组成。大鼠 TIMP-1 与小
    鼠、人、猪和狗的同源性分别为 85%、70%、68%和 66%，其中 TIMP-1
    与小鼠、人、猪和犬的同源性分别为 40%和 35%。TIMP-1 在成纤维细
    胞、成骨细胞、内皮细胞、颗粒细胞、树突状细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、
    脂肪细胞和单核细胞中广泛表达。基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1（TIMP-1）
    是一种在生物体多种组织中表达的糖蛋白，是 TIMP 家族中的一员。
    TIMP-1 是一种天然的基质金属蛋白酶（MMPs）抑制剂，后者是参与细
    胞外基质降解的一组肱酶。TIMP-1 除了可抑制大多数已知的 MMPs 外，
    还可促进多种细胞类型的细胞繁殖，也可能具有抗凋亡作用。
