    背景介绍
    白细胞介素-6 由纤维母细胞、单核/巨噬细胞、T 淋巴细胞、B 淋巴
    细胞、上皮细胞、角质细胞、以及多种瘤细胞所产生。成熟的大鼠 IL-6
    由疏水 N 末端 24 个氨基酸残基信号肽裂解产生，含 187 氨基酸残基。
    在蛋白质序列水平上，大鼠 IL-6 与人 IL-6 具有 39％的同源性，与小鼠
    IL-6 有 87%相同。IL-6 的生物学活性主要包括以下几个方面：诱导 B
    细胞分化；支持浆细胞瘤和骨髓瘤增生；诱导 IL-2 和 IL-2 受体表达；
    诱导单核细胞分化；诱导 CTL；增强 NK 细胞活性；诱导急性期反应分
    子并刺激肝细胞；诱导神经元分化；诱导肾小球膜细胞生长；诱导角质
    化细胞生长。
