    角质细胞生长因子(KeratinocyteGrowthFactor，KGF)，又称成纤维
    细胞生长因子7(FibroblastGrowthFactor7，FGF-7)，是由163个氨基酸残
    基组成的分子量为28kDa的单链糖蛋白。该蛋白主要由成纤维细胞、间
    充质干细胞及平滑肌细胞分泌产生，其N端有一个糖基化位点，在人体内
    主要由皮下组织分泌，并特异性的结合到上皮细胞表面的特异受体，启动
    上皮细胞内参与分裂生长的基因表达，从而刺激上皮组织的新陈代谢。
    KGF是许多不同上皮细胞的旁分泌效应分子，不仅可诱导细胞增殖，还可
    促进上皮细胞分化。KGF是伤口愈合上皮化阶段的生长因子，在这个阶
    段中，角质细胞覆盖伤口，使细胞重新上皮化形成上皮细胞。细胞因子
    如IL-1α、IL-1β、IL-6不仅可激活局部结缔组织细胞，清除异物
    和重塑组织，同时也能刺激成纤维细胞KGF的产生，促进再上皮化和
    伤口愈合。
