    IL-13 主要是由活化Ｔ细胞产生的 12 KD 的多效性细胞因子。人
    IL-13 R α2 基因由 1４kb 的 11 个外显子组成，ｍＲＮＡ 全长 1.5 kb。
    IL-13 Rα2 是相对分子质量约为 56000 的糖基化蛋白，包含 380 个氨
    基酸。鼠和人类的IL-13Ｒα2 蛋白序列有59％的相似性 。
    IL-13 Rα1 和
    IL-13 Rα2 的胞外区均由 3 个Ⅲ型纤维连接蛋白结构域组成，从氨基末
    端编号分别为Ｄ１、Ｄ２和Ｄ３， 在Ｄ２结构域，４个保守的半胱氨
    酸残基形成二硫键，在Ｄ３结构域，１个 WSXWS 模序定位于羧基末
    端，它们对于配体的正确定位和与受体的结合至关重要。人类的 IL-13
    Rα1 和 IL-13 Rα2 的胞外区有大约 33％的同源性和 21％的相似性，
    IL-13 Rα2 在肾细胞癌、人类神经胶质瘤、艾滋病卡波西肉瘤、人头颈
    癌、乳腺癌、人小儿脑瘤、卵巢癌、口腔 鳞状细胞癌、肝癌、肾上腺
    皮质癌、胰腺导管腺癌、溃疡性结肠炎或结直肠癌肠上皮细胞、滑膜成
    纤维细胞等有高表达。
