    背景介绍
    干扰素-γ，主要由活化的 T 细胞（包括 Th0、TH1 细胞和几乎所有
    的 CD8+ T 细胞）和 NK 细胞产生，是所谓的淋巴因子（LyTnPhokine）
    的一种。该蛋白与 IFN-β或其他 IFN-α家族蛋白无显著同源性。 小鼠
    IFN-γ基因定位于 10 号染色体，小鼠和人 IFN-γ在 DNA 水平上有 65％
    左右同源性，在氨基酸水平的同源性大约有 40％左右，IFN-γ可以以细
    胞外基质相连的形式存在，通过旁邻方式控制细胞生长，其可以分布在
    除成熟红细胞以外的几乎所有细胞表面。
