背景介绍
TNF-α是一种主要由单核细胞和巨噬细胞产生的单核因子。人的
TNF-α约 2.76kb,由 4 个外显子和 3 个内含子组成。人 TNF-α分子量为
17kDa。在氨基酸水平上,人与鼠的 TNF-α有 79％同源性,TNF-α的生物学
作用无明显的种属特异性。人类多种细胞均可表达 TNF-α,包括 B 细胞,
结肠柱状上皮细胞,NK细胞,巨噬细胞,单核细胞,肥大细胞,中性粒细胞等。
TNF-α的生物学活性非常复杂,包括对造血、免疫和炎症的调节；对血管
和凝血的影响和对多种器官.
